濃厚な果実感。
ブラックベリー、プラム、ブラックペッパーなどのスパイス香、森の下生え、濡れた土の香り、シガー香が力強く広がります。
味わいは熟れた黒系ベリー、チョコレート、高いアルコール感が奥行きがあり、深い味わいで、果実味がしっかりとしていて、タンニンも程よく効いていて飲み応えのあるタイプです。

Tasting Notes:
Voluptuous aromas of cassis, black cherry, vanilla bean and cedar leap out of the glass.
Vineyard Notes:
Grown in top vineyards across the Napa Valley, Starmont Cabernet lots were hand selected for their rich and robust flavors and fine tannins.
Winemaker Notes:
Harvest took place in the early morning to keep the fruit as cool as possible. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes for this wine were carefully sorted and de-stemmed, but not crushed, leaving over 90% whole berries. The berries and juice were cold soaked and fermented, and then aged for 13 months in French Oak.
